Sources vary, but it is estimated that we receive 3-11 million bits of information every second and that the human mind can only process 40-134 of these bits each second. This means that we filter all the information coming to us and categorize them in the form of stories formed by our unconsiousness. The easier the story the better for our survival.
But what if the story no longer functions the way it should and it leads us where we don’t want to go?
